Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original Gumball 3000 shipping box and include the printed return authorization slip inside.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return for quality compliance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
